Returns & Refunds Policy

At Local Savy, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Eligibility for Returns

  1. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Products must be in their original condition:
    • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
    • All tags and original packaging must be intact.
  3. Custom or personalized items are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact us at returns@localsavy.com  with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Approval: Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning your item.
  3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges

  1. Exchanges are available for items of equal value, subject to stock availability.
  2. To request an exchange, please follow the same steps outlined in the return process.

Refunds

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

  1. Items purchased on clearance or during promotional sales are final sale and not eligible for return.
  2. Damaged items due to misuse or improper care are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue at support@localsavy.com. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
